If you hold, pull or push an opponent a penalty should be awarded. There is nothing about how powerful the contact should be. Therefore a gentle push, a medium push and a violent push should each be treated the same. Equally a pull does not have to be a certain strength before it is considered to q...

Should that Chelsea penalty have been disallowed? I’m fairly sure the penalty taker feinted to take it after he had completed his run up. Kick should have been retaken. It is not easy to compete in the Premier League and for a club like Burnley it's bloody difficult at the best of times. We've been doing ok thanks to the dogged determination and willingness to work hard of our players and the discipline and simple tactics of our manager. He makes mistakes but Dyche...

A bloody good manager. Of course we want him to stay. He makes mistakes but doesn’t everyone. He just has the right attitude and this is passed on to the players. Whether we get new players in January or not, the team will be doing the best they can because of Dyche.

Sorry, but you are very wrong there. The root cause of most accidents has nothing to do with speed - speed is merely a quantifiable parameter and as it is easily quantifiable that is the reason it is used as a measure for accidents. Lowton's hand ball was never a penalty and neither was the Newcastle one. Atrocious decision against the Geordies.
Now Sam Vokes does not fall down for nothing. His foot got clipped from behind which made it collide with his other leg. "I've seen them given" is the phrase!
