The new authority will need a new name, a combination of the 2 maybe? It'll be too controversial to use the beginning of either town name, so what if they go with Burn, from Blackburn....& ley, from Burnley & put them together?

Should just follow Europe, to avoid complications. Have France, Belgium, Holland etc who knocked off early set a date to start their new season yet? Part of their argument early on was because they'd have to play behind closed doors, since nothing has changed on that score, have their minds changed...

It’s a very strange set up at Burnley with both Rigg & Dyche reporting to the chairman. I’m not sure just how it works. Aiden O'Neill is the strange one for me. Offered a new contract when he's been playing in Australia for the last 2 years. I thought he moved back over there as he was homesick?
