I have spent a fair bit of time with Richard Bach, an interesting chap. He told me he doesn't feel 'he' wrote Jonathan Livingston Seagull but was possessed by another spirit and channeled it into a writing that was basically done in one sitting.

This is the crux of the whole debate. Technically and legally, BFC is a business. They certainly are slippy. You can buy various anti slip plates for them but I stapled chicken wire to mine, and it works great.

The whole day was like a dream. It’s one of the best days of my life, but I’d only classify it as ‘enjoyable’ after the final whistle. Too tense to enjoy the actual game.
