Simple way to sort this, introduce standing areas back in grounds. All seater stadium legislation was passed on the back of Hilsborough, the info used has turned out to bre lies, and misinformation. Additionally, football fans in general are a totally different breed to the ones in the 80's and 90's...

I'm also looking for a new TV, £1500 budget but would rather spend £1200 ish.

Looking at 55 or 65 inch, Oled or Qled.

From what I can see on the tinternet, Oled are deemed slightly better.
