We have the oldest squad in the Premier League this year. Bardsley has played well for us but we should not have been in the position that he became first choice right back, nor should we be offering him a long contract at 35. Right back is a position that has needed strengthening for the last few w...

There are a few good John Lambie ones. The best is when the physio told him a player was so badly concussed that he didn't know who he was - "tell him he's Pele and get him back on".

Very much different levels - Marlon was embarrassing when he moved up a level, both times. Can't place any game in the cups other than the 1-0 extra time win at the new ground in 2002/03 when Papadopoulos scored the winner. I've had to take a look. All goalkeepers have amazing games - the Worthington Cup game was at the new stadium by the way. It wasn't that one then. Thought it was 0-0 but it's a long time ago. We got battered but Beresford kept us in it. I definitely have fonder memories of Beresford than I do of Grant though. Different tim...

Oooo, now hang on. Beresford had some amazing games for us. Huddersfield away on their old ground sticks in the memory. Quick Google brings back this, but why I trailed over there for a Worthington Cup game is beyond me.

A decent sized fanzone would be nice. Or a decent sized cover on the one we've got. The excitement of squashing together under a pub brolly trying not to get soaked wears off after a while.

Wenger's idea just moves the argument. Defender on the right, attacker on the left. Today the attacker is 3 yards offside. With Wenger's idea he's just onside. Depending on where the VAR officials draw their lines and where the camera frame happened to be when the ball left the boot of the passer. o...
