" tybfc " , I notice that Colin Kuhn was in that Rishton XI that day ... He was much older than me, but I played a good few games at Blackburn Rugby Club with him, I believe he was a driver on " Blackburn Transport " .... He was from Zimbabwe ( Rhodesia, back in the day ), and I remember a classic ...

Re: Dean Jones (Aussie cricketer) dies

I remember that game very well and Jones was one of many sub pros that Rishton employed that season when Azharuddin went home injured. He was a typical young Aussie and very enthusiastic in the field. When he was out he walked back in the dressing room and said "ok lads if that's the best I can do a...

You should have put him on the BBQ after backing him in the USPGA.

He is currently holding onto joint 38th by the skin of his teeth with 3 to play tonight.

Hope you have a kind bookie paying out e/w 1-50

A bit like that of Bresnan's.

If my distant memory serves me right Lancs made an operating profit of over £7.5 million last year so Onions wages wouldn't have been causing undue concern.

Only the top two teams on points from the three sections go through to the final so Yorkshire's season is over today. Wet, no fans and desperate.

I don't think that they will be playing any home games in this competition which makes it difficult being on the road constantly and playing on wickets designed for home assistance.
