Had mine done in 2011 after putting it off for a few years. Take it easy for first few weeks and listen to the physiotherapist, they know best.

After two ankle fusions and a total shoulder replacement, I have to say the hip surgery was a breeze.

Hope it’s as successful as mine has been.

Burnley fans complaining about timewasting is phenomenal. Worst team in the league for it. Look at it another way, more positively from our perspective. As Tony said, a good option is a Tube station in North London. I use Finchley Central because it has a huge car park and it’s a quick trip to Kings Cross / St. Pancras for the trains to Palace. Cockfosters is just as easy.
