The exit from the Spion Kip was a death trap. All the terrace exited by one bottle neck walkway at the side. Being shuffled along unable to move your arms. Was always relieved when I reached the exit gate as a young lad.

I went up Ingleborough on Thursday. We took the route up from the road at Ingleton. Hope this helps
