Don't normally like commenting on transfer activity. However if the story comes via John Percy it's usually got 'legs'. It wouldn't surprise me if Tarks went but I'd be very surprised if it's to East London.

Bit of an anti climax. It would have been a good time to play MU first up before they get a chance to gel with the anticipated new signings. As it is we look like we'll be playing catch up. As for fans inside the ground, I'll be surprised if it happens this coming season.

Wigan's always invested well in their academy and it's provided quite successful. At present they seem to be having something of a fire sale and one player in particular who i'd hope we are interested in is Joe Geldhart. Very highly rated by supporters in this area.

Probably a match too many. That said that nudge on JayRod was a free kick anywhere else on the pitch and should have been a penalty. However, the VAR decision to rule out the 'goal' was correct. SD's pulled another 'rabbit out of the hat', as in November and December I really feared for our PL futur...
