Does anyone remember that pinged cross out to Charlie on the touchline that was clear half the length of the pitch?
Can any other keeper in the league pass like that?

Apart from a perfectly regular alround prem keeper performance I didn’t see anything to warrant the ludicrous eulogising , fawning and lickspittle in Muric’s direction . He was sound , couple of punches which JT would have been roasted over, only real save was the full offside one . His distributio...

Muric - 10 - Outstanding. Top notch distribution, put himself in front of everything, fast to release the ball Assignon - 7 - Played really well but fell over the ball a few times Cullen - 8 - Like clockwork Vitinho - 8 - Deserves an 8 for that lung busting run to recover the ball he lost, leading t...

Oustanding MOM performance for me today. O'Shea's mistake is what nearly led to the goal, Muric was doing what he does and giving the defenders space to pass it to him without having to do a 180 degree blind turn. His distribution and long passing ability was a joy to watch. He threw himself in fron...

Why didn't he do it 10 games ago.

Cullen was fantastic today. What a difference he made, 80% possession which must be the first time it has been over 40% all season.

The abuse this kid gets is absolutely shocking....call your self supporters...hang your heads in shame...it's disgusting the treatment he's getting. Unfortunately, this is a job for a man, not a kid, and if VK can't see that, he needs to go. If he'd change him, and take the tough decisions I'd be h...

The only thing that maybe a concern is last time we played them we had Cork ,Barnes,J Rod,& one or two more telling the young guys about the importance of beating them ,is there going to be anyone left to do that next season? I haven't seen any passion from our players in 2024, so what makes us thi...

With over 50% of the fans disenfranchised because of the same underperforming players being picked week in week out, I would have thought that was information the club would be interested to know. For the first time since covid I'm not going on the next home match, I've had enough.

Can nothing be raised on fan advisory board about Trafford. This is cruelty to the lad now, putting him on the firing line every game.
Not only that, Muric's distribution is what made us so dangerous last season. For some reason VK can't see around it.

BIG CHANGES COMING NEXT GAME
HAS TO
The only change that could make any difference at this stage is the manager.
His decision making has been woeful all season along with his inability to see that experience has value in this league.

And we have given up on everything we stood for last year, and now just play longball constantly

I’ll be lucky to make it to 86 but I don’t think the reason to have kids should be to have someone to look after you when you’re old. If you had asked me before I got married, and even after I got married if I wanted kids, the answer was no. Mainly because I thought I couldn't understand them. If y...

Anyone else? I'm 36, never thought about having kids or settling down with one person. Don't feel lonely either. Anyone else? Perhaps we should ask you again in another 50 years and you are in a care home? My mum has visitors nearly every day, but I see some residents that never see another family ...

Out of everything this season, it's VK's stubbornness with the Trafford /Muric situation which is making me genuinely question him as a manager I 100% agree with this too. If he can't see the issue and adjust his tactics and bring in Muric, then he is too stubborn and blind to fix our problems. I n...

Roberts at least showed some fight unlike passenger Ramsay.
Ramsay was good when he came on, put the pressure on them every time they got the ball.
I like Roberts. He's an angry man, and our team is crying out for aggression.

We were much better that last 30 minutes. Ramsey made a real difference when he came on for a change, closing down and running his heart out. Fofana looked excellent.

He wasn't wrong though was he? They had bid, and we were open to the offer, but we just didn't agree terms.
I'm glad Benny is staying though and hope he is given a chance to make an impact now.

Came here after seeing three new pages on the transfer rumours thread, expecting some signings.
Instead just another three pages of people feeling the need to convince others that they are right about Benson, and the manager who sees him in training every day is wrong.

From twitter
Maxime Estève is CLOSE to LEAVING Montpellier and joining Burnley for 12M € !
Please post this in a rumours thread.
This thread is only for bickering about how crap our summer signings are.

Why are people so negative? He is clearly a quality player.
Would you have been just as negative if we hadn't have conceded the late goal? For the most part we controlled Luton well, even tough we had less possession than them.

Did you expect clubs to have made loads of signings already ? Was the Spurs signing the 1st of the window ?
This is why they would be better of making this window 1 week long, it is the same every year.
We are VK's Burnley. I expected 15 signings by now.

if he can keep fit knows where the net is and would link up well with Foster..
He is well past his sell-by date, is a constant sick note, and will cost us a fortune that would be better spent elsewhere. No thanks.

That was the best we've played all season. Only performance that comes close was vs Sheffield United but that was against a side who were falling apart. The defending tonight was the best of the season by a wide margin. Fight, commitment but also tracking markers, marking men, working as a team, co...
