New systems are far more efficient and a combi boiler gives you better pressure and it converted my shower to a power shower instantly as the system is under pressure rather than gravity fed. Oh yes had that as well and I dont have Prime. But how do they eventually scam you these people. The tax call asked me to press 1 which I didn't. I believe, but not speaking from experience, that they can hijack your line if you press 1 (other numbers are available) and then they are free to 'phone...
