Compared to the Toffees who have been playing the likes of Luton, Sheffield United, Wolves, Brentford, Bournemouth etc. Surely, tougher tests await them.
They lost to Luton, yet now have more points in the bag than we do. Some insulation for them when they face these tougher tests.

True. But I wouldn’t want to watch that ****e again if it meant we never played in this again. That “shite” kept us in the top flight for 6 years, with two top ten finishes and a trip in Europe. Could do with a mixture of both styles. Dyvhe style was horrendous for our attacking threat and Vinnys is the exact opposite, although much much more better to watch.
Is this really all that much better to watch? We’re conceding goals at home for fun. Once we concede a second, we just roll over.

Cards on the Table…

I prefer Dyche’s approach to the Premier League than Kompany’s.

Kompany’s style edged in the Championship, but Dyche Ball was far more effective at this level.

Always had a liking for goals, usually on a heavy pitch, where a centre forward runs onto a high, forward ball, heads it on to himself, and then smashes the ball past a dazed ‘keeper.
An example is Billy Hamilton’s second(and Burnley’s 4th) against Spurs, at White Hart Lane in 1983.
