Re: January Transfer Window Discussion - Rumours and Links welcome

Armstrong ends the season with a hat trick and 28 goals. As previous, really think he could make the step up now. Would be well worth looking at. Fine player. Just watched the goals. He’s done very well, and reminds me of Ings. Only concerns would be whether the quality of defending in the Champion...

Yes he'll be leaving the building, and possibly so will Tarks, so I fervently hope we are seeking 2 centre backs urgently, Dunne & Long are not the answer apart from the odd emergency, and Dunne might not even be here either, so unless we're going to promote Bobby Thomas we may even be looking at 3...

Yes there is DefinAtely ( LOD) a pattern here, and I would include Jack Grealish and his super goal against us. We tend to allow players to run towards us, as we run backwards trying to limit space for them . However as we have seen quick muscular players running straight at us have a habit of brea...

Didn’t watch it but the reports on the quality of football are disappointing. I thought the U23’s were pretty awful vs Leeds. I’d expect at that level to see one or two that you think are getting ready for the first team but nobody stood out and some of the defensive errors/passing was surprising fo...

That would be a heck of an achievement having a clean sweep in 2 of the last 3 seasons, considering it'd never happened prior to 2019. In response to the OP, no. We’ve been in the PL 5 years now, and it’s time to evolve.
