It’s only really if they go in to admin they’ll lose more points this season. I’d say that’s unlikely, but they’re in incredible trouble whatever happens this year. They need this 777 deal to fall through and an immediate knight in shining armour to emerge.

Was he not sold because he’s a home grown player so therefore his entire transfer fee counts as a profit as far as the financial regulations go? I’m sure Pep will sleep easy. As an aside, Palmer made his professional debut against Burnley back in 2020. Not sure City have any issues with PSR though?...
