We got straddled with the 'team of the '70s' label and immediately got relegated.

Re: The summer Trafford/Muric dilemma
I was never a huge fan of Muric until the last 7 or 8 games since hes been back in the first team..He is a far far better keeper than when we won the championship and I love the speed he can get an attack going. For me I would love him to be our keeper and then we should loan Trafford out to either...

No, not a left back, winger, or any sort of footballer. It's a condition I have, which is a bone growth on the inside of both sides of my lower jaw. It's quite impressive, according to the consultant I've seen at the hospital. Apparently it's fairly rare, like 6% of population. I'm going to have an...

Strangely, I think we will be safe before the Forest match. Newcastle and Spurs look vulnerable to attacking football, and I believe all the bad luck and VAR decisions we have had this season will even out over the next two matches. We will get 6 points and the others 0. Hopeful. Hopefully you're r...

Joe's first game in charge was at Norwich - Willie Morgan was never selected by Joe, Mick Docherty didn't play again after the Norwich game and later in the season he stopped him from selecting Doug Collins and Colin Waldron. It was worse than Brian Laws’ record until that run of four without defeat. We played 18, won 3, drew 1, lost 14 with Laws although we’d only picked up 5 points from the 9 games before he took over too. Joe was thrown into it with Lord telling him he couldn’t use some of the players. Always on a lo...

Re: 25 points from winning positions
I questioned whether Kompany's record is the worst top-flight one of any Burnley manager, referring to Joe Brown's second half of the season performance in 1975-76. So I thought I'd check his record out. Brown was manager for the last 18 games: won 5, drew 3, lost 10. So 13 points at two for a win. ...
