Yes he may have been offside a lot and yes it was frustrating at times but it was the same for Gray. Have you thought that they may be told to go early by the coaches knowing that occasionally they will beat the offside trap and be through.

I know it won't excite everyone but a deal to the summer with his experience is good business. He'll know he won't start games but could provide vital headers in the last mins of the game. I enjoyed vokes spell at the club and he has been a vital player but crouch will win more headers.
