I disagree that Mee was better than Tarkowski. Tarks is doing very well at Neverton. Mee just gave it his all and made the best from what he had. He definitely improved as he got older and wiser, in his early days he was a liability due to being too small and having zero pace. Gave a good few Own go...

I never used to be a fan of a director of football approach but I think now in the modern game it’s essential. Someone like a Steve Cotterill would be an excellent director of football.
