Re: What happened in the CFS?
After about 70 minutes, when the Newcastle fans were singing "Europe again" etc, me and my lad started singing "Championship again" mainly to keep us occupied. Some coked up kn*bend took exception to this and attacked my son and daughter at the end of the game and then decided to have a go at me on...

Re: Going Down With Barely a Whimper
Heads gone across the team as soon as they scored, and after such a great opening from us. I cannot help but think ‘what if’ about the penalty ‘decision’ as it looked a stone Waller from my vantage point. Then again, how many times this season have I said ‘what if’. We simply are not good enough and...

Re: What happened in the CFS?
I’m sure it probably emptied elsewhere (couldn’t really tell from JMU but the Longside didn’t look so bad) but it was shocking how quickly they left. It looked 50/60% empty at 0-3 and 80% in the second half.

I hope Fofana doesn’t start - been well off it for a long while now IMO. For me, Foster through the middle, possibly Brownhill in and Odobert/JBL wide.

Re: Forest points deduction appeal
I don't understand why they're even in scope to get more back - they already got 2. What are the Premier League so scared of? You set the rules, you issue the punishment. Why back down after the fact? It just publicly displays their weakness and emboldens the rest of the league to continue to laugh ...

Re: The summer Trafford/Muric dilemma
If there is interest in Trafford (and despite his tribulations, it wouldn't shock me - homegrown, young but relatively experienced, full England squad etc) and we can get anything like what we paid for him then without a doubt sell. Muric has proven he is the man for us in either division. He makes ...

Re: Forest points deduction appeal
The Johnson ‘argument’ is evidence that should be used AGAINST Forest as opposed to favour their attempts to be compliant. They saw fit to keep rejecting bids and stick to their guns on a price in spite of knowing it would make them non-compliant with PSR. That greed is on them and is their own choi...

I will assume Blades will bend over and take it from Forest as it’s all that they know - so as far as I’m concerned, Newcastle at home is must win. Win that and we CAN stay up on the last day.
Unbelievable frankly considering I’ve mentally accepted relegation for about six months.

Re: Why Vincent Kompany was sent off at Chelsea
Kompany accuses a match official of acting in a biased/corrupt manner and gets sanctioned, fined and banned from the touchline.
Let's see what Nottingham Forest get for doing exactly the same as an ENTITY rather than an individual acting alone.

I cannot see it, but if we took four points from United and Newcastle then I reckon we have a shot at a final day shoot out with Forest. Unfortunately, I think their chairman's strategy with the VAR complaint debacle has been to put pressure on the FA/Premier League so as to get a further reduced po...

Whether it is true or not regarding Brighton, what seems to be accurate is that Kompany has some links to Tovolieri, or possibly his agent does. Last summer we had this with the links to Spurs (then Chelsea?) in advance of him signing his big new contract, now we have this. Does it imply Kompany fan...

They could have scored a couple in the first twenty, but that was through our own idiocy at the back as opposed to any decent play from them. He might want to focus more on how a team that struggles to score at this level has put NINE past them this season.

I am confident he will give us one year to try and get back - he did Sheff Utd. I think he’s a really classy player but he’s not a headline grabber and I’m not sure he’s as well valued elsewhere as by us. We might fly by night with him in the transfer market - here’s hoping.

That’s why foster needs to play through the centre. Play to his strengths We need to see him doing more of that instinctive stuff though. Whatever issues we have this season, I don’t know anyone not excited for the next one. I just want this over and done with and to have that same butterfly in the stomach feeling I did when turning up at Huddersfield on the 29th July in 2022.
