I don’t think we are deliberately setting out to lose games, but there seems a real naive hope that raw kids can perform at the same level as senior pros who have seem it and done it. This Everton side are better than most of Dyche’s Burnley sides. Particularly in central midfield and upfront with Calvert Lewin. This thread is abusing them but they will stay up easily. They just aren’t pretty.

Dyche has done well with the resources at his disposal. This league is brutal.
