Re: Amdouni

Sure I read / heard somewhere recently that Craig Bellamy said that Amdouni was the signing they were really excited about and there was lots of competition to get him. I think there's a player in there somewhere and he'd look better in a decent team. Definitely some skill in those feet but not what...

I don't get the appeal process with this.

Played very well. Commanding on crosses and a few smart saves, not to mention the goal line clearance, which would have pretty much summed up our season had it gone in. But for a bit of balance, that wasn't the type of game we've seen all season Brentford are on a bad run of form, particularly away ...

Re: Ouch- feels like a defeat that!

In a normal season it would have been a good point. It's not just frustrating because we conceded late, it's because that's probably the most shots and good chances we've had since sheff utd. Second half wasn't great but we had at least three really good opportunities on the break. Great strike from...

The formation we have with two central midfielders means we cannot play out and out wingers.

To play two wide men would mean that Brownhill has to play the attacking central midfield role.
So why sign them all?

I was once involved with setting up a performance from the cheapest band of the lot. I was involved at uni and this bloke turned up, said he’d set up a new band and offered to do a free concert. Relatively speaking and in comparison to the majority of this season, we did play ok. We had a lot of possession and half chances but I never thought we'd get anything the minute we went behind.
