Re: Toothless

This season strikers have become an issue. The wingers were already an issue. Right back was an issue. Centre half was becoming an issue. Brownhill and Pieters the only two out there today in the first XI who weren’t turning out for us 3 years ago. You add to the team so infrequently and this sort o...

Fulham create a chance or two and put it away. On current form Wood mistimes that jump and sends the header flying over the bar.

One thing I will say, we’re a small club in an “unattractive” town. We’re not exactly sitting on prime assets here. It’s in the interests of all parties that the football club is successful.

Balance sheet for this year should give us a much clearer view on the club’s debt position. Until then, it’s all conjecture.

Unwelcome bonus point for WBA. Worthless unless they back it up in the games they *need* to get results in. That 5-0 at the Etihad has ultimately had no impact on either City or Burnley.

McNeil effort at the end there just sums it up at the moment: we’re performing at an ok level, winning the ball, creating the odd opportunity - but in the end it gets let down by individual errors.

Manner of the goals will always wind me up but in general I couldn’t care less. This showing at the Etihad is so par for the course now I don’t even think it’ll impact the momentum we built from the Palace game. JBG benched was an early indicator that Dyche feels the same.

What's this obsession with one footed players? Ryan Giggs was one footed. Didn't work out too badly for him. It’s the fact he keeps rotating on his left and sometimes gets himself in trouble because he just won’t use his right foot. Of course there’s nothing wrong with being one footed, just annoyi...

We will be exposed time and again against City whilst we remain the least mobile and least technical team in the league it's the way it is. Yep.
