I use Sainsbury’s on a match day. Use the Horizon parking app and it costs about £3 for 4/5 hours.
I had no idea that you could pay directly to park on Sainsburys. I don't need it for matchday parking, but this is useful for work reasons. Cheers!

Roadworks on Rossy Road are apparently there until mid-June. Enjoy.
Probably worth some emphasis that the Bentley Wood roundabout roadworks (M65 J9) are a significant bottleneck at busy times.
Saturday's matchday peak times will be horrendous, I'd avoid that junction at all costs.

There was some significant structural work on the North Stand (James Hargreaves) Lower, involving cranes last summer, so there was little chance of a home fixture during close season.

Whilst the quality of catering might not affect the decision-making of 'lifelong fans', the matchday experience will almost certainly influence the fairweather fans. It takes about 30 seconds to find the clauses in the Licensing Act 2003 (and subsequent orders) which outlaw this type of 'irresponsible' promotional practice. I can't believe a venue have even tried to roll with this.
If they're allowed to proceed with it, it will be a traincrash
