Re: Stronger than last season

We do have a slightly stronger squad now than when the season ended. No doubt.

I would still like to see 2 x new players that can play in the middle, bring a bit of creativity to the team and give SD the option of playing a 4-5-1 without having to put 3 x workmanlike midfielders in the centre.

Hypothetically speaking, if we sold Tarky and replaced with either Tomori or Webster, then signed Bowen and Camarasa, would that be a good window?

I think so.

Re: BFC TRANSFER NEWS (MUST CONTAIN LINK)

We need a brick shithouse in midfield that can thread balls through the middle. Where would Camarasa play, right wing? Too lightweight in a midfield two I would think. I dont agree with this. I think we need good footballers who have the ability to retain possession, play quickly when required, add...

I imagine the Preston fans excited at his re-signing will soon be wishing he hadn't gone back. Nowhere near the player he was first time around with them and struggled in the Championship when I saw him last year.

One of the more obvious summer moves...right up there with Jagielka back to Sheff Utd.

Good luck to him. Always gave 100% and was a key player for us in our championship winning team. An honest pro with underrated ability - a bit like David Jones.
