Re: Season tickets next season

My over 65 ticket in Longside Upper Wings is up from £285 to £357, a 25% increase I believe. As previously mentioned senior tickets elsewhere increased by even more. This after a shocking season and likely to be watching an inferior league next season. Most of the elderly fans will have been followi...

Re: Your favourite FA Cup tie

The first FA Cup game I attended, late 60s, at home to Derby. Still one of the dirtiest games I've ever seen, they set out to kick Ralph Coates off the pitch from the first minute. I think John O'Hare got sent off, possibly someone else too. From memory we won 3-1. I recall Hinton and Hector wearing...

Re: Tickets for Everton game

I think the principle of the ticket exchange is good, but there needs to more checks on the new purchaser. At the West Ham game we had a Hammers fan next to us in the JHU and at least 3 sat behind us. They had used the system to get tickets. They were friendly enough and not demonstrative when they ...

I don't think Kompany gives off an air of aloofness at all, quite the opposite in fact. Probably bad terminology on my part. I respect his honesty in pre match conferences and post match interviews and I hope he's our Manager for a few years yet. I just feel that, speaking for myself as a fairly ba...

There is a disconnect with the players due to to a 2nd season of high recruitment. Tell, Zarouri, and Benson etc won the fans over quickly last season due to performances but also their enthusiasm to celebrate success with the fans. It's difficult for the recent recruits to share similar enthusiasm ...

A simple question with no criticism aimed at fans, club, or team. Why do 1500 to 2500 fans generally create such a better atmosphere away from home than 20,000 fans at home? This seems to apply regardless of style of football, or league we are in. How do you harness the collective unity felt by our ...

I noticed today that when we came out for the 2nd half we didn't do the mini warm-up with the cones. Not sure if this has been the case all this season, but I always thought it was a good idea last season and seemed to focus the players for the task in hand.
