I think it's because the referee has seen them and decided that they weren't fouls. In this case, Jon Moss probably told the VAR team that he didn't see any contact. That's a fair point. I believe the VAR team ask the referee what he saw and if it's not consistent with what they see on the replays then they can overturn the decision. So if the ref says, I saw contact but didn't think it was a foul, they go with his decision. That means we can blame Jon Moss aft...

It was an f’in disgrace and the fact that someone is checking this and still making that decision makes it even worse.
It is ruining the game and if it continues I can take or leave watching it....which I never thought I would say in my life.

Most banks can borrow unsecured at a much lower rate than 8% because lending to a bank is (typically) much less risky than lending to an individual.
