The thinner seats increate the capacity slightly too. They'll be the same size as the other plastic seats in the rest of the stadium, I'd imagine.

£10 - £15m. I think thats the going rate of a mediocre Premier League quality player these days. You can get cheaper from a lower league sides, but but they need developing for at least 12 months.

The Longside corner is pretty much done, I'm not sure why all the fencing is still around the outside of it though. Maybe the pathways and tarmac needs laying down or something?
