As said above if you are trying to get back into cycling go second hand. If you are on facebook click on marketplace—categories—(under hobbies)bicycles. It will give you some great deals within reach of your location. See one you like then get the spec off google. Once you are happily biking again ...

For what you want a mixed set is fine. I have full ultegra which is excellent. I had sora on my last one and I was happy with that too. The Allez is a great bike. Go for it.

1994 Dawes Impulse, 531 Reynolds Frame, 14sp, runs on 23mm tyres so a bit of a bone shaker and rubbish on hills due to gearing! I’ve got an old Raleigh Record Sprint and love it. I’m not sure you can include women's records alongside men’s. Fifa seems to recognise the women’s game as separate to the men’s so it’s a grey area for me. It would be great to see women reach a level where they could play alongside men though.

Nice gesture but doesn’t hide the fact they’ve been the most expensive tickets in the football league for years. They were the first non premier league club to charge over £40 for a ticket. Some Coventry fans boycotted their game at Carrow Rd because of prices.

I feel for the victims Mother. It must have stirred up emotions that may have eased over the years. He killed them because he was fed up of the baby crying. I really don’t care if he’s no longer a threat to society. He should’ve died in Prison.
