He's free to speak, nobody's stopped him, the tweets are still there for his suporters to reaffirm their views against. Twitter is also free to speak and recommend that people check facts or be seen to not be condoning violence. It's their platform and I assume Trump has agreed to the Ts&Cs.

Just heard Matt Hancock calling on all of us to do our civic duty by isolating ourselves if required. That raised an eyebrow.
