Not sure Ben is one of the two best English centre backs (probably Maguire and Tarka) but he’s consistent enough to be in the squad and is a more than capable stand-in - despite his errors. He’s definitely a better option than Stones

Hmm - getting criticised for not playing accurate long balls - play one game in wet and windy conditions and your stats will be rubbish

We normally play long balls and conditions in Burnley are often wet n windy. Keepers playing short balls will always look good in comparison

Oh dear god..... VAR official who disallowed chris Wood goal v Leicester. I am sure he has been VAR at another game where his incompetence was highlighted(maybe Chelsea away but I am probably wrong). VAR was 100% right today in interpreting the law - obviously the laws didn’t need changing in the first place and that must have been a hell of a lunch where the old duffers sat down and decided that this was the way forward.
