On Heron, not mentioned in that documentary, was the fact that when they recorded their original album outside the mics didn't pick up the outside sounds, like bird singing, therefore they had to record that separately and add it on in the studio! I think I read that on the CD notes.

This may come as a shock to some but we don't pay for water here in Ireland I never knew that. I see there is a maximum usage over which you have to pay an excess charge.
