Very good watch I thought and a fitting tribute to a goal scoring machine. His honesty in football summaries, bravery in facing his demon (and keeping it at bay), empathy in helping others to address their own problem, humbleness and fantastic sense of humour mark him out as a special person. I hope...

Re: any one had any ghostly experiences ?

It was winter about 2am, dark and visibility further reduced by mist. Two of us were walking/jogging along a road on the Artillery ranges at Otterburn, the area is remote and can be very bleak as it is part of the Cheviot Hills. As we were in a good stride we weren't talking much, a loaded bergen te...

Some daft stuff on here and injuries aside Liverpool clearly believed in Ings but the form of Mane, Firminho and Salah was a major factor.

Credit the lad for wanting to play instead of sitting on his arse and a move to Southampton was spot on for him.

All this talk of money wasted is a moot point. It isn't supporters money and we aren't as yet back in the Championship. With Gibson and Vydra in the team results wouldn't realistically be much, if any different.

It's like seeing a car, buying it then realising it isn't really that good.

I'm happy to have someone with his eye for goal and genuine pace to give us another option rather like Jay Rod is currently offering us. I don't think we have many players who can trap a ball at the same standard as the Premier League elite so his percieved lack of control isn't a factor.
