Re: What did I miss - club for sale

I named them above, two that immediately spring to mind are Wolves and Leicester. If you consider that I think 16 of 20 clubs in the premier league have foreign owners it’s hard to argue that foreign owners are disastrous. Also a number of our fans bemoan the fact that we can’t compete yet also rub...

Spijed, 6 points against Man City & Liverpool doesn't alter the fact that the club has been put up for sale.
But I just made reference to your assertion that things are going stale, when results like the last two would indicate they aren't.

We didn’t. We played exactly how we do. Soak it up. Try Nick one. And make the most of set pieces.
Our second goals in both matches were fantastic pieces of interplay with multiple players, with great one touch football. Hardly a team who relies purely on set pieces or a mistake by the opposition

Arsenal (H)

I wouldn't be using Norwich as a good model to follow in terms of squad depth (As I look at the Prem table ;) ).

But modern football has changed things a bit. It seems that how a keeper passes a ball is just as important as the saves they make. Likewise, fullbacks don't have to be good at defending as long as they are good at attacking. That's why Pickford gets picked, simply because he can pass a ball better ...

They've got injuries which is good, especially Rashford but largely depends on what tactics they deploy. They have the physique and athleticism to neutralise how we play. Mourinho was smart with his tactics. Hopefully OGS wont be. Difference is Mourinho is a good manager, OGS is someone who isn't!
