Having lived in Qatar I'll be interested to see how they handle the cultural differences. I think alcohol and exhibitionism is part and parcel of every World Cup I've ever seen. Think beer in the stands and scantily clad males and females. That really does not go down well in Muslim countries :o

My opinion is that he would be a very good acquisition to our squad. He's that classic utility player who can do a job almost anywhere. (For those of us who are old enough think along the lines of Arthur Bellamy and what a good player he was. God rest his soul) I'd be very happy to have him.

Great player. Saw him a few times playing against us on the Turf and also saw him playing for Scotland in the Home Internationals against Wales at the Racecourse Ground. So sad to hear he's having problems.

They will prosecute at 31 in a 30mph zone. There is no leeway. I was on a speed awareness course recently and one guy was there having been prosecuted for going 31 in a 30 zone. Be warned.

I have to add that Majorca is beautiful IMHO. I admit that Shagaluf is horrendous but there are some stunning locations. I always stay at the Marriott Son Antem which is lovely

They don't accept credit cards and there are a lot of unmanned toll booths that only accept coins. If you don't have an "EZ Pass" or "Sunpass" transponder always have at least two dollars in coins (Preferably quarters) in the vehicle to prevent any fines.

I had my second op on the 10th April and am feeling fine. My other side was done in Dec 2011. I had mesh implants on both occasions not keyhole as the surgeon recommended that for a more permanent repair, the mesh was better. So far so good :)

I personally thought that MCFC in the 1st half played some of the best football I have ever seen at Turf Moor. It therefore has to follow that it was one of their players who gets the nod and it has to be Kevin de Bruyne. Undoubtedly Hazard was the best substitute used at the Turf this season.

My wife always gives to the chap under the walkway to the bus station after the game. The amount she gives depends upon how many goals are scored in the match. He did well when we beat Sunderland 4-1 last season :o
