Do away with added time. Just stop the clock for each stoppage and restart when play resumes. That includes subs, fouls, throw-ins etcs. The NFL allow people to pay X amount of money for access to an app that broadcasts every single game, plus all the usual pre-match reviews etc. It's only £150 I think for the season and tbh it's great value for money looking at the content on there, ...

Like most clubs who spend X amount of years in the PL without doing much apart from surviving, fans do start to get bored of going.
