Apologies you are correct I completely miss read the tweet. This is the tweet from Whoscored. Burnley have won possession in the attacking third more times (68) than Manchester City (66) in the Premier League this season 😏 And they've played one game fewer... It's called the Josh Brownhill effect 8-)

Average attendances for the top 4 leagues.

The 3pm blackout doesn't appear to be having that much of a positive effect on lower league attendances, they seemed to decline from the 60's.

I see someone suggested a 2hr delay for kick off, so 4pm.
Game finishing close to 6pm.

The fans should take themselves into consideration. You do things like watch the weather forecast or look out of the window before you decide to rock up in shirt and sandals or boots, overcoat, hat & scarf. The health and safety officer at the club can postpone the match if they think the condition...

BBC weather doesn't have temperatures that are going to cause a pitch with undersoil heating to freeze until well into the evening. That pitch is going to be perfectly playable. You're only focusing on the pitch, not the fans, why is that? They'll take into consideration the area around the ground ...

The temperature is due to drop another degree or two by 5pm, so delaying the game by an hour or two isn't going to help.

Only one team has managed to stay up after not recording a win in their first 13 games, that was Derby way back in 2000-01.
