How provocative. Someone should have chinned the little scamp. Only joshing. Gert Arrod's ground looks like a nice setting from the picture. There is a pub / restaurant called the Dog & Otter bang across the road from that photo that does lovely food and beer. It is a lovely ground and clubhouse.

Heard a rumour that this fixture was happening but it clashes with the Lancs v Yorks t20 game at the Home of Northern Cricket, the Emirates Old Trafford, on the same night.

We already have tickets for this game so the cricket has won.

Went to Lourdes for a week in February and then have booked a fortnight with all the other season ticket holders of Burnley in Crete in July. I've been to Rhodes a couple of times and loved it but the kids wanted a water park or didn't want a holiday 'cos they would be BORED!!!! I would have forsake...

Never mind next season you won't need to be worried about angry home fans when you play away as you were this season because you will be playing in front of 5,000 most weeks, including your home games.

Lowerhouse had by far the worst ground in the Lancashire League until improvements over the last few years have made it one of the best. This is down to grants for improvements both on and off the pitch, money raised by the management and members to update facilities but not forgetting the huge amo...
