Re: NFL 2017 Season

Brady doing Brady stuff again this week :D

Defence needs sorting out though.

As we were leaving the game in NO last week a guy behind me predicted that Miami would lose to the Jets. Decent team now, just prone to losing games they shouldn't.

Re: NFL 2017 Season

Just back from the States, went to the Patriots @ Saints game at the Superdome on Sunday. Awesome stadium, Saints fans were very loud until the third TD from Brady went in :) Lots of Patriots fans there, myself included. Great atmosphere.

No worries at all, happy to help a fellow claret and glad it was good news. We're off to Tampa Bay for a few days later today - the power is due to be back on for them today, then arrive back in the UK on 21 September.

FAO Capt. Apologies for not posting sooner. Ventured out for the first time since the curfew was lifted. Saxo will be glad to know there was plenty of evidence of destruction in the locale, collapsed buildings, trees ripped out and the like.

Power is back on for us, hope the remaining 6.5M homes are back on as quickly.

All safe thanks Capt. Rough night, just caught an hours sleep after staying awake and vigilant through the worst of it. And equally tragic for the people affected, but the flash flooding in Cornwall wasn't on the same scale and didn't carry as great a threat to life. The worst is yet to come for Florida, including the area we're staying in.
