Following on from Bin Ont Turf's thread about Steve Gardner, there must be a lot of our players who would have gone on to better things if not for injury. Frank Casper, of course, was done by that b@stard Hunter. And Peter Mellor, I think, would have been a really good keeper if not for his shoulder...

In fairness, Steve Davis I was a very, very good player who went in to play in the Barnsley team promoted to the Premier League.
