You sign up to terms and conditions saying you can't do this every time you buy a ticket from Burnley FC.
Maybe so, but how on earth can a club be blamed for a small portion of a crowd singing this sort of thing?
They can hardly flick an on/off switch can they?

How on earth are Wolves (or any other club) supposed to prevent their fans from chanting this?
Utterly bizarre.
It's ridiculous isn't it?
Maybe every supporter should be made to take a vow as they pass through the turnstile.

A good friend of mine was diagnosed with Parkinson's when he was 58, he's now 73. He doesn't shake in the way some may associate Parkinson's, though he does have a somewhat stumbling kind of gait and his coordination isn't what it was. But he still walks his dog every afternoon, and can still pick a...

I broke my my hip whilst cycling in Keswick in September 2015 and within months of having it screwed back together arthritis set in. This gradually worsened until I finally had a replacement OP in August 2022. I'm 69 years old and keep myself reasonably fit and I only missed one game at the beginnin...

I absolutely revel in Rovers’ current plight, but it could well easily be us in that position. And they’re still only a promotion away from being able to sort it out. I'm fairly sure that even with promotion to the Premier League that rovers would still be subject to FFP, though I'm happy to be sho...

That Philipe Anderson who was the next big thing for West Ham will be pleased, Bardsley marked him out the game to such an extent a few years ago I've never heard of him since. Bardsley wiped Anderson out with a strong but fair tackle, and West Ham played the rest of the game with 10 men. And like ...

Firstly it wasn't a Westlife cover!!!!!
I was Father & Son, which isn't a cover of Boyzone either.
Father & Son was originally Cat Stevens far both Ronan and his tribe of farts butchered it.
I knew it was Cat Stevens who did the original, I still have the original album.

Have to agree with this.
To come in as manager with so many players leaving and so many players joining…to mould a group-in such a short time into a championship winning team was little short of remarkable.
Not just a championship winning team Surat, a quite outstanding winning team.

What problem? A few pricks out of 50-60,000? Why would any player ‘of colour’ want to come to England after a few dickheads abused saka after the 2020 euros? Enough of a problem for a respected professional like Xavi to comment on ? https://www.football-espana.net/2023/05/22/xavi-on-vinicius-junior...

They refurbishing the Jimmy Mac corporate area so it looks similar to the Longside corporate area which was done up recently. If you zoom in to the right, at the back of the Jimmy Mac stand you can see what appears to be 2 skips and a 'chute' above them. Possibly clearing out ready for refurbishment?
