When you claim your tickets, you will also need to complete a mandatory health questionnaire which needs to be completed within 72 hours of the game as part of the online process.

If photo ID wasn't required, hypothetically speaking, then a bill or similar, with the ticket holders name and/or address would suffice To repeat - This can be a drivers licence, national ID card, student ID, NHS ID, ...
