Re: Your favourite 'tinned' soup
Chicken soup imo is best home made by boiling up a left over carcass from the Sunday roast with chef’s base, a bouquet garni from the garden (if you have one) and a couple of whole garlic cloves (skin left on). Add orzo 20mins from the end and a bit of tarragon. Don’t really like tinned chicken soup.

And savers. Just relieved I'm on a fixed mortgage until 2025, I'm praying everything is back to normal by then as I can't afford a few more hundred a month. Not good for savers because very few banks are passing on the interest rate rises, or if they do it has to be dragged out of them, and even th...

Another shout for pea and ham but Baxter’s is by far the best. Very difficult to get hold of in Burnley but managed to get some from Spar on Padiham Rd.

We lost our 15 year old springer spaniel and 19 year old cat Mr Whiskers in the same year, in 2018. That was hard to take. My advice is after a period of time, get back in the saddle, so to speak. We now have a sprocker spaniel that we got as a puppy in 2019. His personality is different in some way...

I once heard their are more natural objects in the galaxies than grains of sand on Earth. I was dubious but as the galaxies are infinite it could well be true. Quick question, Why is “globalist parasite” anti semitic? And right there is the rub. Having watched MOTD and having slept on it, I still think that the 4th goal “mistake” was deliberate by the Everton defender. That back pass was too poor to be just a mistake. It was just the right weight and straight into the path of the Brighton player. It wasn’t even in a direct line to the keeper.
