I was on the Turf. Trouble with the Darlington fans at the start of our game. There were a few that showed themselves on the Longside with the inevitable outcome. All stopped once the news of what was happening in Sheffield filtered through on people's radios.

After watching that today, there is a clear reason why he makes so many forward passes. His average position when he picks up the ball is 2 yards in front of Ben Mee. Its borderline impossible for a pass to be anything but forwards. Sadly today as with most games he created nothing.

We had a few decent players in that team. Britton {R.I.P.} being one of the best, how did it ever come to that last game? A few decent players. Unfortunately we had a lot more that were not worthy of the job title "professional footballer". The decent ones were Grewcock, Britton, Deakin and Hoskin....
