Not been for a while but you used to be able to turn up and pay about £3 to use the track. You ran ring TEL: 01282 661616 to check. The gym at the track seems to be open until 9 so imagine the lights will be on until 9. What sort of running do you do?

Thought we were pretty poor really. No guile in the final third, no penetration. Playing against 10 men surely spread the play and you get wingers wide, double up with the full backs and try to get crosses in from behind them instead of the easy to defend balls into the box from 30 to 40 yards out. ...

At his best I would go with Bale as he is almost unstoppable and very exciting to watch. However, there are players who have done it far more consistently for a long period of time. Giggs, scholes, Gerrard, Lampard and Shearer all better for me because of that
