Is it right that Burnley's last penalty awarded in the PL was April 2016? If so ,either no Burnley player has ever been fouled in the opposition penalty area in the past 20 months or there is some bias going on, wonder which it is.. We were in the Championship in April 2016, so no it isn't right.
