Exactly problem started with jbg overplaying and getting caught in possession, but anytime we are put under pressure with direct football we go to pieces, we don't look half as effective today, big second half needed

It must be near on impossible to motivate players soon to be made redundant at the club and shows the massive task SD has to install the belief and fight into the players ,how the hell as it been allowed to come to this I'll never know, but it's a shocking way to run a club.

I think on paper this looks a good system, can the players adapt to the change because 442 has been drilled into them, just needs someone to pop up to gawthorpe and slip a note onto dyches desk whilst he's not looking
