If Allardyce will take Shakespeare as his assistant, that's one of the barriers to him getting the job gone. I don't think Everton wanted to employ Sammy Lee.

I don't know. It seems common knowledge that there's a set fee of £2.5m for compensation, so I'd imagine it'd just be a simple case of them telling Burnley that they're willing to pay it.
