Re: Dara O'Shea
He started the season very poorly, and he had a bad game against Fulham (not alone) but in general I think he has vastly improved from the lad who started against Man City. There’s stuff to work on but I reckon he’s a decent signing for £7m.

Jesus it's not all aimed personally at you, i was responding to your comment which caught my eye about having a rather ambivalent reaction to getting an equaliser in a big game. Im not saying the fans should be boisterous at all times but the players had given us exactly what weve wanted all season...

Re: REPORT: Last gasp goal wins unlikely point
Its all well and good criticising everything about the club, which im guilty of too. But fans have a part to play as well and we arent doing it. Having a hissy fit about that comment sort of proves my point about being like sulking children. Dont know if you saw Everton yesterday but their fans pre...

Re: REPORT: Last gasp goal wins unlikely point
Im sorry but this is just a bit crap if you cant be bothered celebrating a last minute equaliser with another 4 or 5 minutes left to go. Its that exact moment where teams like Everton, Leeds etc tend to find those big last second winners as the fans roar them on. Our fans have been crap this season...

Re: REPORT: Last gasp goal wins unlikely point
No point mincing my words on this - we were absolute unmitigated garbage yesterday, and Fulham deserved to win on the basis of controlling the game for 60 of the first 70 minutes. The draw masked absolutely nothing as far as I am concerned and I could barely muster the energy to stand and celebrate ...

Love his energy. A couple of wayward passes/miss control’s, but he was effervescent and enthusiastic. This was absolute shite today - don’t let the point mask what was a woeful performance until Fofana came on. It was getting toxic at Turf Moor today. We were absolute shite until we brought Fofana on. Ramsey and Amdouni should not start for a long while - anonymous, invisible, lethargic. He won’t move to a 3. Cullen isn’t good enough at this level. Massengo in completely untried. Brownhill has been poor for months, and is quiet as a mouse on the pitch despite being captain. Number one priority (again) in the summer is a captain and general in midfield. Whatever division we’re in. T...

That was central midfield. Still a big gaping hole. I dunno, I think as long as move to a three that we can at least compete in there. Burnley and Brentford competing with Frankfurt for Hugo Ekitike from PSG - isn't he the lad who Newcastle tried to sign for £40-odd million a year or so ago? That seems a bit unlikely - not sure we need a striker either.

We’ve won three games (arguably we’ve ‘won’ 5 if I include Forest and Luton where we were robbed by VAR). We are not gonna win 9 out of 17 or a draw/win combo that gets near that figure. That’s unrealistic. We’re playing better but we’re not getting the results by a combination of luck and naivety. ...
