I can't decide whether that post is sarcasm but I do favour hooped socks. I think they could provide a distinctive identifier for the club, a sort of constant 'brand mark' whilst shirts and shorts are changed annually.

I think she's done the right thing. It might just encourage some of those being bullied to respond to their situation by taking the action her daughter did. It might also indicate to some bullies that they are taking a bit of a risk.
