Aldershot. Won 2-0 (Conroy penalty on 46 mins and a John Francis goal on 49) but the points got wiped out in March when Aldershot went bust. Just watched it back and the pass didn’t go back to the kicker so the free kick was awarded for the taking of the corner. So in that case it appears that they did get it wrong. Unless it’s an offence for a player to be stood off the pitch and then receive the ball, which seems unlikely. That’s how ...
