Agree that he is just brilliant and will only get better, but question is should he be the sacrificial cow that allows us to buy 2 or 3 decent players that give us more chance of staying up here. Because Dwight on his own can't do that.

Why would he start a player knowing that he will be forced to take him off after 60 minutes? It doesn’t make sense, especially not for a manager who will happily go through a game without making a change. I think MG had good intentions when employing him, but got cold feet on outlaying big fees and basically left him with no role to fulfil....turned out the fall guy between Chairman and Manager. Our transfer activity was and continues to be corner shoppish.
